MikeCheck provides assisted legal research and decision support tools. Nothing produced by MikeCheck constitutes legal advice. All analysis should be independently verified by a qualified attorney before use in any legal proceeding.
Live Service
MikeCheck currently relies on externally operated legal-data services and public-record materials. Availability, latency, coverage, permitted use, and currency can depend on those upstream sources. A missing or incomplete result does not establish that an authority or treatment event does not exist. Independently verify all analysis before relying on it in active litigation.
Sources and Access
Public readability, API access, data licensing, and source-code licensing are different. MikeCheck does not represent that upstream materials or services are open source, freely reusable, complete, or continuously available. Source attribution is provided where the result contract supports it; we make no warranty as to the completeness or currency of any underlying source.
Limitation of Liability
MikeCheck is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to reliance on analysis results.
