MikeCheck processes legal citations and brief text solely to provide analysis results. We do not store uploaded documents beyond the duration of the analysis session.
Data Sources
All legal data is sourced exclusively from CourtListener and other public-domain sources. We do not use proprietary legal databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis).
No Tracking
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or sell user data. Server logs are retained for operational purposes only and automatically purged.
